We have flat delivery charges for any online order, which is $5. Free shipping via standard delivery is provided for any order above $100 in Australia. However you can use valid coupon to wave out delivery charge.
We accept purchases through the use of a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as iTunes and PayPal. If none of these payment options are available to you, please check back frequently; we are exploring other payment methods.

When you order your goods from our website, the Merchant will normally take 2-3 days to pack your order from the store you have ordered. Once the order is packed and ready to ship the time taken is as below:
5-6 BUSINESS DAYS: Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide & Melbourne Metro
8-9 BUSINESS DAYS :Perth, Regional & Country Areas
Note: The time interval will depend on which of the Merchant’s shipping methods you select.

Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a couple of working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice
Yes, Invoice for your order confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided. Also once the payment is successful the invoice will be emailed.
